When a roll gets scratched, it can also damage the products, affecting quality, so maintenance to keep them in good condition is important. Our "hard chrome plating" applies a coating of just 100 to 300 micrometers to the rolls, enhancing their strength and improving wear resistance, contributing to a longer lifespan for the rolls. (The thickness can be adjusted based on the base material and the desired effect.)
